depuis quelques jours erreur systématique lors de l'envoi d'une
vingtaine de mails vers des boites orange ou wanadoo
retour avec orange refuse les mails

Looks to me that orange.fr does not accept mails from free.fr.

Might be greylisting not handled right by free.fr.
