COLUMBUS, Ohio—Members of Central Ohio’s Hispanic community say they are
the victim of racial profiling by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. The
BMV sent out 47,457 letters last week to vehicle owners that do no have
Social Security numbers, drivers license numbers or state identification
numbers attached to their vehicle registrations.

Note what this first paragraph says.
NO SSN, NO DL#, or state ID#.


The hispanics then go on to complain that because of this issue, it becomes
an immigration issue, which MUST be handled by the federal government.

Sorry, but driving a vehicle is not a federal issue. Never has been.
State laws don't give a damn where you come from or your skin color.

The letters were sent out because it was found certain registrations did
not meet state law requirements. If the vast majority of those happen to be
hispanic, or other illegals, tough shit. If you can't prove who you are,
your right to work and live in the state, then leave and go elsewhere.

Oh and BTW you whining hispanics, state officers, can and do enforce
federal law every day of the year. Including immigration laws.

The only reason these letters went out is because the Ohio BMV itself was
blasted for having allowed illegal aliens to obtain license plates.
Now that they are trying to rectify their mistake, they get blasted again?

what leads to science. Human races are a natural extension of that
classification we do to everything. There are Murrians - the australian
aboriginals, Caucasians and several others. They currently exist as: The
Caucasoid race,The Negroid race,The Capoid race,The Mongoloid race, and
The Australoid race. Hispanics are properly either Mongoloid or Caucasoid
depending on their ancestry (European or from "native" americans) and in
varying combinations of course. Some south americans are virtually pure
Mayan ancestry. Something That never ceases to amaze me as to the genetic
invariance inherent in it. The names change several times each century it
appears. Even scientists aren't immune from political correctness.

The point was that they were using a method which has worked in the past
so why not try it again. A *very* minor news story that I don't nor ever
would give a s*it about aside from the bastardization of anthropology that

Actually *sub* species as they could interbreed. At least the last two
were contemporary with each other I believe.

Than what? The people who first settled North America? absolutely. The
terms race and species are *not* interchangable any more than the finches
on the galapagos islands are different species. Differentiation through
environment *causes* species to be created, but not before visible differences
exist. In humans culutural as well. Caucasians look at the eyes and face
for non-verbal cues from each other. That doesn't work with the Mongoloids,
so differences in mannerisms are not picked up by Caucasians in that interaction.

There are other examples. But they require an open unbiased mind to appreciate.
One of the first friends I had in Jr. High was Black BTW. There was a total of
two non-white families in that school: One was black the other was Japanese. The
Japanese was discriminated against severely - due to the war. The blacks had no
problems.

They screwed up issuing the plates, now they're trying to rectify.
Driving and owning a car is a privilege, not a "right".
The laws of which are governed by the state, not the federal government.
They whine and calll it profiling. Well duh, 85% of people in this country
were born in this country. Many being hispanic. Who is most likely to be in
this country illegally?

47,500 without proper identification? If that is required by law, then some
BMV employees should lose their job over it. And their computer system
revamped to kick back any applications that aren't completely filled in.
