As many folk have come to realize... you're a netloon AND a stalker.

The newsgroups you selected have been left intact. I will now provide

Here is information on the real 'me' - the LI link is active and
takes one to a page showing nothing but the truth.
Tsk Tsk... the real you can be found here:

We'd like to send a special greets to our Dear friend David Brooks,
BoaterDave, or BD as some like to call him. We appreciate his threat
to contact the RIAA so much, that we've provided David Brooks of
Devon contact details as our way of saying thank you! Feel free to
write, call or stop by! We'd also like to extend our friendly middle
finger towards the RIAA.

We'd like to send another special Greetz to our dear RIAA snitcher
David Brooks from Devon.
What did you tell them? That HHI is dropping rips like LSD? Call us
crazy...We think they might be aware of our existance already. It's
not nice to snitch. Especially stupid doing it to people like us.
Here's our doc drop dedicated to you. We're sure the information
looks familiar, as it's yours. Have a nice day, snitch. :)

Of course, pir8bay isn't the only place to acquire the material. It's
been replicated to many a torrent site via ftp dumpsites. For years
and years to come. The material is obviously distributed via usenet,
etc, as well.

Hmm.. I did notice something missing tho. :) Your cell number! Let's
fix that real quick. LARF

The link to Identit.ca was found in the profile of Paul Adare.
So.. what did Paul do to invite your stalking? Forget to respond
right away to some obnoxious email you sent? a post you wrote? What
did the poor sod do?

If you have any queries, please ask.
Hows the weather in Devon these days?

You don't mind if I give you the proper introductions into the
newsgroups you decided to involve this matter in, right? Those would
be... just glancing at the headers:

alt.comp.os.windows-10,alt.computer.workshop,alt.comp.freeware

I left them just as they were, David. Personally, the more people who
are warned about you, and, made aware of your antics, the better
things will be for all. You're lower than pondscum. You trick and/or
otherwise dupe people into doing seemingly innocent tasks for you.
Some could be as simple as answering a question that's been altered
to seem harmless. Once they take that bait, you ask them more
complicated questions. You aren't picking questions out of the blue,
nor, are you actually interested in the why.

Instead, your primary focus is actually the administrator of the
site/url that provides hinky feelings, or.. is an author that you
have an issue with because you couldn't con them into doing shady
things to various websites. Websites that you didn't pick at random
and have no legitimate concern for. You have a problem with the sites
owner, or, as I mentioned previously, a software author. (I'm using
myself as but one example)

The other thing you like doing is asking the more tech savvy
individuals 'harmless' questions about a website. You pretend to
actually be concerned for those who might (but likely do not) still
use the site. Again, this is all a ruse. You lack the technical skill
to actually cause harm to the site administrator(s) or the site
itself. You're fishing with your questions for those who do have
those skills.

You'll *try* to convince them that you have a legitimate need for
unuathorized access and data from said site(s)/individuals. You're
infact, trying to use the said individual *poor sod* who took the
bait. If you're unable to do so, or, they don't/won't perform at your
expected level, they're added to your shitlist. And, by shitlist, I
mean your stalking list, David.

Hmmm. I most certainly don't understand how I can access a copy of a
zip file but then not be able to unzip it so I can watch it. That
seems VERY clever!

Only 3 out of 24 of my flying course ever became operational pilots. As
you well know, I successfully retrained as an Air Traffic Controller.

Perhaps this item will help you better understand:

Abstract

SERGRADS are selectively retained graduates of Naval Flight Training who
become flight instructors during their first tour as Naval Aviators. A
perception exists that SERGRADS have more difficulties than newly
designated pilots during subsequent training in the Fleet Replacement
Squadrons (FRS). A preliminary inquiry at the F/A-18 FRS revealed that
former SERGRADS appear to experience a higher rate of failure on their
initial carrier qualification attempt during FRS training. This study
examined the SERGRAD experience and compared their performance to
trainees from other sources. Although significant differences were found
between groups for Fleet Replacement Squadron flight grades and Training
Command composite grades, no significant differences were found between
the groups for Training Command carrier qualification grades or Fleet
Replacement Squadron carrier qualification. Thus, the data do not
support the hypothesis that SERGRADS have more problems or are poorer
aviators than F/A-18 students from other sources.

That semi directly implies that you failed flight school... so they
found something else for you to do that wasn't as destructive to
yourself and/or others. Atleast this way, if you do cause a plane to
drill another one, the damages are limited to those two aircraft and
whatever they manage to damage/destroy on the way down.

Whilst I earned my 'wings' long before I flew a high-speed jet at 250ft
around the hills of Wales, I never became an operational pilot. I've
told you this before, so it should come as no surprise.

I'll let you in on a little secret, David...

I only (rarely anymore) bring up your pilot 'failure' to have a
little fun. I know perfectly well that although you didn't get
permission to taxi down the runway, you did take the required tests
and you did at some point have to prove the knowledge you had.

I really have learned a lot about you, David...It's what I actually
intend to do with this information that should be of concern to you.
Based on our history, if I were in your shoes.... I'd be worried.
Very worried...

Now is just really not the best time for you to be trying to provoke
me. I mean no offense, and, by no means am I threatening you in any
possible way. I'm just being straight with you, David.
